- What’s a Gain? Complete both the BoardGains exercise you land on AND 10 Dumbbell Thrusters to earn a 'GAIN'.
- Time Limit: Quick! You only got 20 minutes.
How to Play:
- Roll the dice and move your piece until you hit an exercise spot. Feeling lucky? If you land on 'Lucky', roll again!
- Perform the exercise or circuit challenge you landed on AND 10 Dumbbell Thrusters.
- Celebrate with a gain!
- Keep going for as many gains in 20 minutes. Compete with friends to see who gets the most!
- Solo mission? No worries! Track your gains and try to beat your own record next time.
2. Sled Push Lap Card: Feel the Burn! 🔥
- What’s a Gain? Earn a 'GAIN' by completing both the BoardGains exercise and a 50FT Sled Push Lap weighted at 80% of your bodyweight.
- Time Limit: Get pushing! You've got 20 minutes.
How to Play:
- Roll, land on an exercise spot. Lucky again? Roll once more!
- Finish the landed exercise and push that sled for 50FT at 80% of your weight.
- Bag that gain!
- Race against time and friends for max gains in 20 mins.
- Solo? Challenge yourself and aim for a new personal best next session!
3. Kettlebell Swings Card: Swing into Action! 🎉
- What’s a Gain? Complete both the BoardGains exercise and 15 kettlebell swings to score a 'GAIN'.
- Time Limit: 20 fun-filled minutes!
How to Play:
- Dice roll time! Land on an exercise spot. If you hit 'Lucky', you get another shot!
- Do the exercise you landed on AND 15 kettlebell swings.
- Celebrate – you've got a gain!
- Keep the energy high and aim for max gains in 20 mins.
- Playing alone? Keep track and aim higher next time!
