Fun fact about me is that I love going to restaurants and trying out new sauces & food. Crema was one of those sauces. I went to La Carnita restaurant and they had this sweet potato crema sauce which I fell in love with. Almost instantly I went to pinterest and started searching for crema sauces and then I stumbled upon a Cilantro Lime Crema and never looked back. It had another dynamic because it was made with sour cream and boy do I love sour cream especially with my potatoes! So I made this Cilantro Lime Crema and it hits the spot for tacos, dip for fries, plantain chips, etc.
