  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 TB All Purpose Flour
  • ½ Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Banana 
  • 2 TB Greek Yogurt 
  • 1 TB-3TB Almond Milk 


Yield: 1 Waffle 




  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. Stir all dry ingredients together in a small bowl and whisk together. Then stir all wet ingredients in another bowl (egg, banana, greek yogurt, milk) whisk that together breaking down the banana into mush with the wet ingredients. Then add wet ingredients with dry ingredients and whisk together until batter is free from most clumps. Add as much almond milk as needed to get a waffle batter consistency. The batter should be pourable, but not super thin.
  3. Once waffle iron is heated, spray top and bottom of iron with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter over bottom iron.
  4. When waffle iron goes off, transfer the waffle to a plate and top with your favorites. Serve immediately or store in a covered container to reheat and enjoy later.
