Fitizens!!! We have another challenge this month and all you have to do is walk and track those step gains! Lets get walking this July with one of the most underrated form of exercise.

EASY : 3000 – 6000 Steps/Day
MEDIUM : 6000 – 10000 Steps/Day
HARD : 10000+ Steps/Day
2) Post On Instagram Stories or Feed & Tag @Boardgains.Fit with the hashtag #JulyStepGains
3) Every post counts as a ballet.
