Follow Along Bodyweight Workout
Join us for our St.Patty Day Follow Along Solo Event sponsored by Mid Day Square
You will be joined by players from all over the world virtually in a Follow Along Bodyweight Workout. The class will start off with a 15 Minute Mobility Warm-up & rules to explain how the Boardgains Match will work virtually. There will be giveaways during the class courtesy of Mid Day Square . Make sure to share the gains on your socials & tag us @boardgains.fit .

Cooldown Stretch (15 minutes)
