Get enough rest.

Rest is vital for better mental health, increased concentration and memory, a healthier immune system, reduced stress, improved mood and even a better metabolism. Rest can be physical, emotional, sensory, creative or emotional. It is important to find ways of shutting out and plugging off fron normal day to day as this reduces stress and anxiety.

Meditate and practice mindfulness.
