    • Strength Gains: Lift weights, do bodyweight exercises, resistance train, etc.

    • Recovery Gains: Stretch, foam roll, practice yoga, enjoy hot & cold therapy, etc.

    • Mind Gains: Meditate, read,  focus on breathwork, etc.

  3. How to Win: Share your progress on Instagram or TikTok (story or feed) using the hashtag #21DaysOfGains and tag @boardgains.fit. Every post = 1 entry to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card!
