How to Child Pose
1. Kneel on the floor with your toes together and your knees hip-width apart.
2. On an exhale, lower your torso between your knees.
3. Extend your arms alongside your torso with your palms facing down.
4. Relax your shoulders toward the ground.
5. Rest in the pose for 15-30 seconds.
