Here is a 10 Minute Mobility Routine that you can do at home or at the gym before a workout session or on your rest days. 

Mobility Routine:

1) 5/5 Wrist Circles

2) 10/10 Shoulder Circles

3) 10 Thoracic Twist

4) 10 Full Body Twist

5) 10 Scapula Retractions

6) 5/5 Hip Circles

7) 5/5 Hamstring Sweep

8) 5/5 Pulsing Lunge with 5 second hold on last rep

9) 5/5 Shoulder Rotation in Lunge Position

10) 5/5 Kneeling Crab Reach

11) 5/5 Quadruped T-Spine Rotation

12) 5 Hindu Pushups

13) 10 Seconds Camel Pose (Ustrasana)
